Refund policy

We appreciate your business at Blossom! Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any cakes once they have left our bakery.

We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our cakes. If there is an issue with your cake, such as damage during transport or an error in your order, please contact us immediately at +971 55 854 9316 or blossom@unfgroup.ae within 6 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to work towards a solution, which may include a full or partial refund.

To ensure you receive the freshest and most delicious cake possible, we recommend reviewing your order details carefully before placing it. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about our cakes or ingredients before making a purchase.

In case you choose to cancel your order for any reason, you must do so within two hours after placing your order. Refunds will be directly returned to your orginal mode of payment.

We appreciate your feedback, and we always thrive to deliver the best quality products. We will study how your order looks and makes the appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.
